06/29/2007 The Years of Life Lost to Cancer and Years of Life Lost to Major Causes of Death graphs were based on the 4/19/2006 version of the NCHS 2003 life tables. The graphs were updated to reflect the March 28, 2007 revision to the NCHS 2003 life tables. Figures changed:

06/12/2007 The SEER Area Map was revised to include labels for New Mexico and Utah, and to indicate that Alaska is part of the SEER 13 registries. Figure I-1

04/20/2007 In the sex-specific chapters, the column headers listed on the rates by SEER registry pages were incorrect. The column headers labeled the rates incorrectly for all columns except those under All Races. The column headers are now correct. Tables changed:

04/20/2007 The survival rates for some CSR pages were suppressed if the rate was based on less than 25 cases. The rates for these tables have now been changed to be suppressed if the rate is based on less than 16 cases. Tables changed:
