Status Final References Source 1: 2012 SEER Manual pgs: Notes: Source 2: pgs: Notes: Question Reportability: Given that per the 2012 SEER Manual and SINQ 20120081 VIN II-III is no longer reportable, does this also apply to AIN II-III, VAIN II-III, etc.? Or does this change only affect VIN II-III? See discussion. Discussion VIN II-III was a reportable condition in the past. We believe there was a SINQ note to that effect which is now gone from the system. Would it be better to reactivate that note and put a date reference in it so that there is documentation available to confirm this disease (and other IN II-III diseases) was previously reportable? If you do not want to reactivate that note, could there be some indication in SINQ 20120081 of the prior reportability of this disease process? Answer Instructions in the 2012 SEER manual take effect for cases diagnosed January 1, 2012 and later. As of 2012, VIN II-III is not reportable.
