Some counts are non-integers. This is due to apportioning deaths with unknown
ethnicity into either Hispanic or one of the non-Hispanic races. This was done
by using year-, sex-, age-, state-county- specific race/ethnicity proportions for
deaths with known ethnicity applied to the deaths with unknown ethnicity.
