b Survival estimates for 1950-54 are from NCI Survival Report 5 with the exception of All Sites, Oral cavity & pharynx, Colon & rectum, Non-Hodgkin lymphoma and Childhood cancers which come from historical Connecticut data. Survival estimates for 2007-2013 are from the SEER 9 areas (San Francisco, Connecticut, Detroit, Hawaii, Iowa, New Mexico, Seattle, Utah, and Atlanta). Rates are based on follow-up of patients into 2014.
