|12/17/2008||The rates on table 29-1 that were labeled as diagnosis
years 2004+ only included case counts from diagnosis year 2004.
The rates were corrected to include diagnosis years 2004 and 2005.
This update affected the rates for "Including Group III benign brain/CNS tumors (2004+)" and all rates belonging to classification group III.
