The Exception dialog is displayed when an unforeseen event happens. This is typically referred to as a "bug" or "error" in the code of the Application. Information about when and where this happened is displayed in this dialog. It is very helpful to the developers of this application if you can send these bug reports in to us so that we can fix the problem for the next version.
Controls available in this dialog:
- General Information - The top of the dialog displays general information about the error.
- Data text box- This text indicates any data that accompanies the error.
- Stacktrace text box - This text indicates where the error took place in the source code.
- Send to Tech Support button - This button will create a new email and include the information from this dialog. You just need to hit send to send us the email.
- Close button - Closes this window.
