Request Access to the SEER 1973-2008 Research Data

SEER Research Data was updated on October 28, 2011:
* An error was identified that affects many statistics published on the web site (View Update History).
* Scope of Regional Lymph Node Surgery information was removed for breast cancer cases.

There are three ways to obtain the data:  SEER*Stat's client-server mode, a DVD via US mail, or downloading all files to your computer system.

An agreement form is required for each data submission. If you submitted an agreement form for the current data, then you are not required to do so again.
