If this option if checked on the Output tab, one page per survival cohort will be generated.
Statistics:
- Alive
- Lost
- Dead
- Interval Observed - this is the survival used in the conditional survival for estimating the probability of survival for a lost case
- Cumulative Observed
- Number Used Interval - the number of times the interval was used in calculating the probability of survival for a lost case
- Number Used as Last Interval - the number of times the interval was used as the last interval for a lost case, that is, the interval that would have achieved the prevalence date
