While you are creating or modifying a user-defined event variable in an MP-SIR session, after you choose groupings for the variable using the Edit Variable dialog, the MP-SIR Event Variable dialog is displayed.
In the Default Events for Display box, mark the groupings you want to be checked for display by default in the Events section of the MP-SIR Events tab. (You can always check or uncheck groupings manually each time you use the variable.) Click All to mark all groupings and Clear to unmark all groupings, or mark and unmark individual groupings using the check boxes in the Default Events for Display box. Click Cancel to return to the Edit Variable dialog and make changes to the groupings, or click OK to save the Event variable and return to the Events tab.
