SEER*Explorer
Beta Release - April 15, 2016

SEER*Explorer is a new interactive website to provide easy access to a wide range of SEER cancer statistics. It provides detailed statistics for a cancer site by gender, race, calendar year, age, and for a selected number of cancer sites, by stage and histology. With SEER*Explorer, you can:

  • Create custom graphs and tables
  • Download data and images
  • Download SEER*Stat sessions
  • Share links to results

What's Included in the Current Release?

The initial release of SEER*Explorer is a beta version that provides access to SEER incidence and U.S. mortality statistics, including:

  • Recent Trends, 2000-2013
  • Long Term Trends, 1975-2013
  • Rates by Age
  • Stage Distribution (incidence only)

What Will Future Releases Include?

Survival, prevalence, and lifetime risk statistics will be available in future releases, as well as the ability to compare cancer sites. The goal of this project is to replace the current Fast Stats and the SEER Cancer Statistics Review with a more robust and flexible website for accessing cancer statistics.

How Can I Provide Feedback?

Because SEER*Explorer is a new website that we will be improving with future releases, we are interested in getting feedback from users. Please send comments to SEER Website Support.
