The Client-Server User Name Request dialog is used to request an emailed copy of your user name from the server. This occurs when you press the hyperlink "user name" on the Login dialog.
Controls available in this dialog:
- Email hyperlink - Clicking this link will launch a new email to SEER*Stat administration.
- Email Address edit box - Enter the email address here that you would like your User Name emailed to.
- OK button - Sends the request and closes the window.
- Cancel button - Closes this window without sending a request.
