Goals and Objectives:
- Investigate the feasibility of receiving CDA documented from MOSAIQ to the registries
- Determine whether CDA from MOSAIQ can or could be credited to facilities under Meaningful Use
- Test the strategy by obtaining data from facilities/registries that have sufficient radiation oncology details in CDA documents
