Access this dialog by clicking View Rates on the Rates Tab and then selecting Export and then MP-SIR Rate from the Matrix menu. Use this dialog to specify a name and a location for the Referent Rate database to be exported. Click OK to store the file as a new Referent Rate File or click Cancel to exit the dialog without storing the file.
