Pairwise Table and Chart Tabs

 The Pairwise Table and Chart tabs allow users to calculate Rate Ratio and Rate Difference for any two disparity groups.  The measures are called Pair Difference and Pair Ratio to differentiate them from Range Difference and Range Ratio, which are summary measures.  The “Range” measures are based on the highest and lowest disparity groups for each year (the groups can change from year to year).  The “Pair” measures let users compare the same two disparity groups over time.
