T-gamma lymphoproliferative disease is part of the Mature T-cell and NK-cell neoplasms lineage table in the WHO 5th edition of Hematolymphoid Tumors. (See Appendix B in the Hematopoietic Manual, Table B20)

Definition

T-gamma lymphoproliferative disease represents the abnormal expansion of large granular lymphocytes which is reflected by an increase in functionally active NK or ADCC effector cells.
