Please read the Requirements for SEER Specialized Databases Requests before making a request. The requirements have changed as of January 21, 2026.

The following databases are available for request.

• Incidence Data with Census Tract Attributes Database
• The following databases are available alone or combined with Census Tract Attributes
  • Oropharyngeal Cancer with HPV Status Database
  • Prostate Cancer with Additional Treatment Modalities and Risk Stratification Fields Database
  • Cancer Staging Over Time Fields Database
  • Invasive Breast Cancer with Oncotype DX Recurrence Score
  • Cutaneous Melanoma with DecisionDX Fields
• Prostate Cancer with Decipher Prostate Genomic Classifier
• Incidence with detailed Asian and Pacific Islander Populations
• SEER-Medicare Specialized Databases

The following databases will require NCI Central IRB approval:

• Genetic Testing Linkage Database - Georgia and California Registries
• Incidence Database with County Codes
