Email Updates for SEER*Stat Account Holders

You are automatically subscribed to receive updates about SEER*Stat and SEER data releases when you obtain a SEER*Stat account with access to the SEER data.

We will only contact you for important announcements about the software and data. We will not share your information or contact you for other purposes.

Types of Announcements

1. Advance Notice of Software Releases

We will send an email to all account holders two weeks prior to a software release to give SEER*Stat users time to warn their IT departments. Read more about the options to auto-update with the SEER*Stat release or delay updates for IT approval.

2. SEER Data Releases

We will send announcements about the following:

• When the new data is released every April, with a reminder to request the latest data to keep accounts active.
• Warnings to account holders to annually renew data access, or risk having their accounts deleted.
• When errors are discovered in the data with details for researchers to rerun their analyses.

Unsubscribe or Resubscribe

To unsubscribe from the email list, follow the Unsubscribe link in the next announcement email you receive. You will no longer receive these advance notices about SEER*Stat releases or SEER account expiration. The only emails you will receive will be the personalized approval and account details when you renew your data access.
